Yikes! hypnosis - that's a bit scary

It really isn't. Hypnosis is a fast and effective method for change, and the fastest way to get to the heart of a problem. Working together we can unblock any deep-seated behaviors that your sub-conscious mind has created as a protection mechanism. Oftentimes these protection mechanisms no longer serve us but the sub-conscious mind still holds onto them - basically because it is lazy and doesn’t want to learn any new tricks.

​Hypnosis does not take place in the conscious waking state, but in the less familiar, but natural and more resourceful subconscious state of the hypnotic trance. The great part is that Hypnosis works to shift behaviors really FAST!

You have already experienced a hypnotic trance. We all spontaneously move in and out of shallow trance states during each day. Being lost in a daydream, driving on the highway, or absorbed in a beautiful sunset, are actually light hypnotic trances. These natural trance states are the body’s way of taking a step back from the stress and tensions of daily life. Breathing slows down, blood pressure drops, and you access your own inner knowing.

With the help of hypnosis, any negative feelings and/or patterns can be acknowledged and dissolved. In the process of being freed from the negative emotions, you begin to feel happier, more resilient, stronger and more self-assured than ever before. The changes made in your sub-conscious mind naturally changes your conscious mind too.
